Episode 1450: Leinster Are In Another European Champions Cup Final, Heartbreak Again For Munster, The BT Billy Vunipola Appreciation Society
The idea of an all-Irish European Champions Cup final was nice, while it lasted – but in the end Munster were out-gunned on Saturday in Coventry against Saracens. Leinster did at least keep up their end of the bargain by hammering Toulouse in the other semi, and we have Shane Horgan, Donnacha Ryan and Gerry Thornley in for all the analysis of the weekend.
Munster have now lost 7 European semi-finals in a row, so how do they go about changing the record when they’re not going to be spending millions to bring players in? And how ready are Leinster to stop the Saracens juggernaut.
There’s also the lacklustre attendances, and the Billy Vunipola appreciation society on BT Sport. And, in other news – Ken and Eoin prepare for the Dublin Derby between Shamrock Rovers and Bohemians tonight.
