It’s time for Gaelic football to take centre-stage this weekend, with 3 provincial finals in Ulster, Munster and Leinster, as well as a round of qualifiers that will see 8 counties’ summers end right here.

Oisin McConville has seen every single minute of every single Ulster championship game so far this year live and in the flesh, and he’s on with Mike Quirke talking BIG about Donegal, and bemoaning the fact that Meath and Cork just aren’t good enough to put it up to Kerry and Dublin anymore.

Plus there’s a hesitant prediction that Mayo’s season will end this Saturday evening, and we urge the GAA to go back and look again at Wednesday evening and Friday evening championship fixtures.

We have our regular Wednesday afternoon Nordic skiing slot, Ken tells the Meath football team to be grateful ahead of their Leinster final on Sunday, the Kerry hurlers are doing it all wrong, and the ear-worm to end all ear-worms returns.
