Frank Lampard is in the Chelsea hot seat and Ken thinks those are the right pert buttocks to put in that hot seat (00.30 secs). Yes he’s a thin-skinned privately educated Tory voter who betrayed Chelsea by moving to Man City, but this is a sexy appointment that will excite Chelsea fans.

We’re always looking for an excuse to talk to friend of the show Oluwashina Okeleji (19.10 mins) and it turns out the AFCON is churning out stories, if not great football. There’s Mo Salah’s controversial public defence of his teammate, Liverpool Sadio Mane Versus Senegal Sadio Mane, Cairo heat, and Nigeria’s “calm German”.

 

Eddie Brennan (45.20 mins) was a star with Kilkenny, a great tv pundit and is now doing a brilliant job with the Laois hurlers, who won the Joe McDonagh Cup last weekend.
