Keith Duggan has been one of the great Irish sports writers of the last 20 years, and his masterpiece might well be “House of Pain – Through The Rooms of Mayo Football”, first released in 2007.

For episode 7 of the “I’ll Tell You Who Wrote It” Second Captains Book Club, we enlist the help of Irish rugby legend, and former Meath minor footballer, Shane Horgan. We talk to Shane about sporting heartbreak, his own football career, and the different pressures you experience as an amateur and as a professional.
