Episode 1922: Oisin And Andy’s All-Ireland Final Preview, Frankenfreude, Spurs V Liverpool
It’s time for the 2020 All-Ireland football final preview, with Oisin McConville and Andy Moran. Try as people might, it’s just really difficult to construct an argument for Mayo to win this match, but we talk about Dessie Farrell’s inexperience, Mayo’s changes since last year, and the thorny issue of their kick-outs.
We also talk to Andy about adjusting to life as an observer, why he has no regrets, and how easy and uncomplicated it actually will be for him to support his former team-mates this Saturday evening.
We also hear from Jose Mourinho, as he gives us an injury update on his Spurs team (including the under 16’s) and there’s the collective joy of seeing Lampard lose.
Plus there’s Icelandic input on the Dublin dominance debate, Vertonghen’s worrying concussion issues and a heated battle over WB Yeat’s legacy.
