Rachael Blackmore’s win in the Grand National on Saturday, coupled with her startling success at Cheltenham, means she’s the biggest star in Irish sport right now. Katie Walsh and Malachy Clerkin tell us about the work it took to get here, why Rachael may not be overly comfortable with her position as a role model… and why she’s going to have to get used to it regardless.

 

We also speak to Charlotte Brew, the first woman who ever rode in the Grand National in 1977 about the boundaries she faced, and how proud and humbled she is to be a part of the Rachael Blackmore story.

There’s also an apology from Ken for a brain issue he has with one Real Madrid player, and the state of play in his twitter mentions after Gary Lineker retweeted him last night.
