Episode 2172: Proposal B’s Undoing With Oisin & Jamie, Ole’s Safe… Until United Find A Replacement, Big Live Show News
Yesterday whispers of player discontent with Ole Gunnar Solskjaer at Man United began to emerge, and yet this morning it seemed like his job was safe, for the moment. As Ken sees it, that job security will only last as long as it takes United to find a replacement.
Despite having the backing of the GAA’s president, director general and the GPA, Proposal B for the restructuring of the Gaelic football championship failed to muster enough support to pass at Saturday’s special congress. We chat to Oisin McConville and Jamie Wall about the proposal and how the GAA’s county delegates always make perfection the enemy of good.
Very disappointed for players & supporters throughout the country that Proposal B was not successful today. There is now an opportunity & urgent need to consult again & bring back an amended proposal to Congress in February. Change is needed and we have to listen to our players.
