arlier this week on the World Service, we spoke to Richie Sadlier about Mason Greenwood’s initial arrest on suspicion of rape and assault, the massive outcry following Raith Rovers’ signing of David Goodwillie, who was found by a civil court to have raped a woman in 2017, and more generally about how football – and society in general – can better deal with issues around physical and sexual violence towards women.

We also previewed the Six Nations which gets underway this weekend with two men who know a thing or two about it in Jerry Flannery and Shane Horgan, and Ken welcomed back his old friend Frank Lampard to Premier League management.
