Episode 2588: Erling Goes Goal Crazy, Pep’s Pretty Woman, Mack’s Snake Hips, Bundee’s Return
Erling Haaland went goal crazy last night, but Pep thought it was a little too much for one so young. We discuss another crazy night of CL action.
Last weekend Mack Hansen won his third MOTM award in just eight Six Nations games – not bad for a lad who was “the worst electrician in Canberra” a couple of years ago.
We chat to the man who signed and coached him at Connacht, Andy Friend, about Hansen’s snake hips, his media performances, his roving role with Ireland, if he should also be tried at outhalf and if the NZ/Australia players are a key reason why this Ireland team are so creative.
We also discuss Bundee’s lack of game time at Connacht and form with Ireland, and if the issues there were just “paper talk”.
Plus there’s Pep’s pretty woman, Liverpool’s 1% and Ciaran “Muntz” Murphy.
