Episode 2740: The Long Game: Inside Sinn Féin
Today’s guest is Aoife Moore, who joins us in studio to talk about her new book “The Long Game: Inside Sinn Féin.”
Aoife’s book traces the development of Sinn Féin from the 1970s to today – a journey which took them from refusing to participate in electoral politics, to being the largest party in the north and leading the opinion polls in the south.
We talk to Aoife about the wave of success Sinn Féin have enjoyed in Ireland over the last couple of years. Did they make the wave, or are they just surfing it?
