Episode 3008: Mona Medals, Wiffen Feels It In His Waters, Canadian Drones, Liffey Swimmers
Yes! Last night Sligo’s/Ireand’s/Our Mona McSharry claimed Ireland’s first medal of this Olympics, a feat that brought tears to her eyes and to lots of us watching. In doing so she became the first Irish swimmer to medal in the pool since that contested summer of 1996.
