When Team Sky launched in 2010 it was to be a beacon of transparency and honesty in a sport beset by corruption and drug-use.  That mission statement lies in tatters today after testimony at a UK parliamentary hearing from British Cycling coach Simon Cope and UK Anti-Doping.

Jeremy Whittle of the Times was at the hearing and we spoke to him moments after the hearing ended, about the damage this will do to the reputations of Bradley Wiggins, and Team Sky head honcho Dave Brailsford, the ‘marginal gains’ maven who can’t now even produce complete medical records for his riders.
