Episode 2384: Open Tiger, Collaborative Cody, Cats Chance, Stand Down Hawkeye
The All-Ireland football semi-finals are behind us, the dust has settled and now we can turn our attention to the hurling.
We chat to Jamie Wall and Pat Donnellan about final week, Hawkeye, the Kilkenny factor, “collaborative” Cody, whether to start Cian Lynch or not, Limerick leaks, awesome TJ Reid and why the Cats have a chance.
It’s not only been a tough week for Hawkeye in Croke Park, times were tough at the All England Club, too. Still, Murph wonders whether there might be an anti-Galway bias built into the mainframe.
Plus, the absurdly good sporting summer continues with The Open getting underway tomorrow, and Tiger has taken the opportunity to fire a shot across the LIV bows.
