Episode 2558: Man City’s Butterfly Wings, Wrexham Lose Game But Win Content War, Hurling League Is Obsolete, Twickers’ Heavy Drinkers, Lebron Stands Alone
In spite of being run by celebs, Wrexham still lost their FA Cup replay to Sheffield Utd!? Murph and Ken discuss Sharp’s blade and Wrexham’s content war.
With the Man City story still running hot Ken ponders the butterfly effect, Kompany pointing the finger at the finger pointers and Mancini fading from photos.
The national hurling league runs from now until the Division 1 final on April 9 – 10 weeks. The championship starts 2 weeks later, and runs for 14 weeks until the All-Ireland final on July 23. So the league takes up over 40% of the entire inter-county schedule, but more and more it seems teams care less and less about it. Jamie Wall and Malachy Clerkin chart out an alternative use for all that time.
Plus there’s Lebron’s all time scoring record and Sir Clive’s disgust with heavy drinkers in Twickers.
