Episode 1357: What’s Eating Leinster, Munster Attacks, Connacht Surge, Liverpool’s League To Lose, And Ole’s Relentless Positivity
It was a pretty dramatic Christmas of sport, between Liverpool going from confirming their title credentials, to title favourites in two hectic weeks, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer putting the fun back into Man United, and a little closer to home, a series of dramatic inter-provincial rugby games.
Light-hearted, light-headed: Liverpool looked an awful lot like a team enjoying themselves yesterday.
The big question now, I think, is how long that can last, and how this team changes when the pressure starts to tell https://t.co/NhDAPJc8YS

We’re back in action today trying to cover as much of that as we can, with Gerry Thornley and Denis Hickie analysing just how Leinster lost their discipline to the extent they did in their Thomond Park defeat against Munster, and what Munster can do to carry on that form against Connacht this weekend.
Man City/Liverpool tomorrow night is now suddenly a must-win game for City. If they don’t win, is the league already… over? Ken contemplates this outrageous turn of events, as well as what Christian Pulisic will bring to Chelsea, beyond jersey sales and good market penetration in key markets.
